As part of the sale: An invoice is established by the society AMI&LO and remitted to the Client upon receipt of payment.

Delivery times.

Approximately 48 hours are necessary for the validation of an order then a confirmation will be sent to you electronically.

In order to facilitate the processing of your order, be sure to enter the delivery address of your package correctly.

  • For orders confirmed with the Colissimo delivery option: Your package will be delivered to the address indicated when confirming the order.
  • For orders confirmed with the relay point delivery option: Your package will be collected from the point chosen during the validation of the order during opening hours. The opening hours of the relay points will be available on our website.

Parcel withdrawal times:

  • The deadline for Colissimo is: 15 days
  • The deadline for Chronopost Relais Points is: 7 days

AMI&LO undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Customer as soon as possible.

However, these deadlines are provided for information only. If the products ordered have not been delivered within 30 days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure or the fault of the Customer.

The sale may be resolved at the written request of the Customer under the conditions provided for in articles L 216-2 L 216-3 L241-4 of the Consumer Code.

The sums paid by the Customer will then be returned to him at the latest within fourteen days of the date of termination of the contract, to the exclusion of any compensation or withholding.

The Customer is required to verify the conformity of the products delivered.

He has a period of 7 days from delivery to formulate by email , all reservations or complaints for non-conformity or apparent defect of the products and services delivered with all the supporting documents relating thereto.

After this period and failing to comply with these formalities, the products will be deemed to comply and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by the society AMI&LO.

AMI&LO will reimburse or replace as soon as possible and at its expense, the products delivered for which the lack of conformity or the apparent or hidden defects have been duly proved by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in articles L 217-4 et seq. of the French Code of consumption and those provided for herein Terms of Sales .
